1. What should I expect during my training sessions?

Your training sessions will include a cardio based warm up, ab exercises and basic weight training exercises to evaluate your current fitness level and tailor a personalized plan.

2. Do you offer customized workout plans?

Yes, all of our workout plans are fully customized to meet your individual goals, fitness level, and any specific needs or limitations you may have.

3. How often should I train with a personal trainer?

The frequency depends on your goals, but most clients find that 2-3 sessions per week offer the best balance of progress and recovery.

4. What is your cancellation policy for sessions?

We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Sessions canceled within this time frame will not be charged; however, late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
